A local Dalmatian red variety, hand selected Babić grapes are harvested from Testament Winery’s own 47 acre organic vineyard.

Beautifully individual, spicy and peppery in character on the nose, with lifted soft plummy fruit and fine tannins on the palate, balanced with a lively acidity – it’s as if Southern France meets northern Italy!
